Data protection
Privacy & cookies
This notice explains how AIMYX GROUP handles personal data collected through aimyxgroup.com.
1. Who is responsible?
AIMYX GROUP BV/SRL, with registered office at Edouard Bénèslaan 118 bus 4, 1080 Brussel, Belgium, enterprise number BE 1041.343.795, is the data controller.
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to Info@aimyxgroup.com.
2. Data we collect
When you use an inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email address, telephone number, message and any optional image you upload. We also process limited technical information needed to securely deliver the website and prevent abuse, such as request and security data.
3. Why and on what legal basis?
We use inquiry data to answer your request, assess a possible project and take steps toward a contract. The legal basis is your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in managing professional communications and protecting the website. We do not use inquiry data for unrelated advertising without a separate lawful basis.
4. Who receives the data?
Access is limited to authorised AIMYX GROUP personnel and website hosting, storage and security providers that process data for us. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on a recognised transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards where required.
5. How long do we keep it?
Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are normally kept for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. If an inquiry leads to a customer or supplier relationship, relevant information may be retained longer where needed for the contract, legal claims, accounting or other legal obligations. Data is then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact us by email; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, via gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
7. Cookies
This website currently does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. Strictly necessary technical storage may be used to deliver and secure the website. It does not require consent. If non-essential cookies are introduced later, they will remain disabled until you make a free and informed choice through a cookie control.
8. Security and changes
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet service can eliminate every risk. We may update this notice when our processing or legal obligations change; the date below shows the latest revision.
